Comprehensive Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

ATTENTION: By accessing, registering for, or using the Game ID Bazaar marketplace (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), you explicitly, irrevocably, and unconditionally agree to these strict, legally binding terms. If you do not agree with any single provision of this entire document, you are strictly prohibited from using this service and must exit immediately. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Platform.
1. COMPLETE DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY & WARRANTIES
1.1 "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" SERVICE: The Platform and all services, software, and products accessed through it are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform explicitly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
1.2 ROLE OF PLATFORM AS MERE FACILITATOR: You acknowledge and agree that Game ID Bazaar acts SOLELY as a third-party escrow and marketplace facilitator. We are merely a technological bridge connecting independent buyers and independent sellers. We do NOT own, create, inspect, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any game accounts, digital assets, or in-game currency listed on this Platform.
1.3 ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under NO circumstances whatsoever shall the Platform, its owners, administrators, developers, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to: lost game accounts, stolen digital assets, being defrauded by another user, accounts being banned by game developers, or loss of funds. You use this platform entirely at your own financial and legal risk.
2. GAME DEVELOPER POLICIES, BANS, AND RECOVERIES
Selling, buying, gifting, or transferring digital game accounts is explicitly prohibited by the Terms of Service (ToS) and End User License Agreements (EULA) of almost all major game developers and publishers (including but not limited to Tencent, Garena, Supercell, EA, Epic Games, Activision, etc.). By participating in this marketplace, you acknowledge you are willingly violating their terms.
2.1 BANS AND SUSPENSIONS ARE SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: If a purchased account is banned, suspended, or restricted by the game publisher for any reason whatsoever — including but not limited to suspicious login activity, IP changes, unauthorized account transfer, or previously used third-party software (cheats/hacks) — the Platform bears NO responsibility. No refunds, compensations, or credits will be issued by the Platform for publisher bans under any circumstances.
2.2 POST-SALE ACCOUNT RECOVERY: Game accounts are inherently vulnerable to recovery by the original creator through publisher support channels. If an original owner maliciously recovers an account after the escrow protection window has closed, the Platform is strictly NOT financially liable. We will permanently ban the offending seller and surrender their KYC documents to law enforcement, but we absolutely DO NOT guarantee a refund of your money.
3. CATEGORIZATION OF POLICIES: MINOR, MODERATE, AND MAJOR INFRACTIONS
To maintain platform integrity, user actions are strictly monitored and categorized. Violations will result in immediate disciplinary action without prior notice.
3.1 MINOR POLICIES & INFRACTIONS: Minor infractions include, but are not limited to: spamming chat or support tickets, using mildly inappropriate language in listing descriptions, delaying delivery of account credentials by a few hours, or failing to respond to buyer inquiries promptly.
Penalty: Warnings, temporary suspension of listing privileges (24 to 72 hours), or temporary withholding of escrow payouts.
3.2 MODERATE (MIRROR) POLICIES & INFRACTIONS: Moderate infractions include: providing inaccurate details about an account (e.g., claiming an account has a specific skin when it does not), attempting to bypass the platform's escrow system by communicating outside the platform, sharing external links, or attempting to sell accounts that you do not have full access to.
Penalty: Immediate cancellation of active orders, forced refunds, minimum 14-day account suspension, and a permanent strike on the seller's profile.
3.3 MAJOR POLICIES & SEVERE INFRACTIONS: Major infractions include, but are not limited to: attempting to scam a buyer, maliciously recovering an account after a successful sale, uploading fake or stolen KYC documents, using stolen payment methods, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, attempting to hack or exploit the Platform's infrastructure, or threatening other users/administrators.
Penalty: IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT ACCOUNT BAN. Confiscation of all funds currently held in the user's wallet. We will also compile an evidence package (including IP logs, device IDs, KYC documents, and chat logs) and submit it directly to local law enforcement (e.g., DB, CID, Cyber Crime Units) for criminal prosecution.
4. ESCROW SYSTEM, BUYER PROTECTION, AND DISPUTES
4.1 THE ESCROW WINDOW: All payments are held in our secure escrow system for a specific duration (typically 24 hours for Pro Sellers, up to 36 hours for New Sellers). Buyers MUST verify the account credentials, secure the account (change passwords, unlink all social media, link personal emails, activate 2FA), and confirm the delivery within this time frame.
4.2 AUTOMATIC RELEASE TRIGGER: If a buyer fails to click the "Everything OK" button, or fails to open a formal dispute within the designated 24/36-hour protection window, our system WILL automatically release the funds to the seller. This automatic release is absolute, final, and irreversible. No late complaints will be entertained.
4.3 DISPUTE RESOLUTION FINALITY: In the event of a dispute, both parties must submit evidence (screenshots, screen recordings) to the Platform Administrators. All decisions made by the Administrators regarding the allocation of funds, refunds, or account returns are FINAL, BINDING, AND UNCHALLENGEABLE. By using this service, you legally waive any right to appeal administrative decisions or initiate chargebacks through external payment gateways (e.g., bKash, Nagad, bank transfers).
5. COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY POLICY & DATA HANDLING
5.1 DATA COLLECTION: We collect personal information to facilitate transactions and prevent fraud. This includes your email address, phone number, IP address, device fingerprints, and transaction history.
5.2 KYC (KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER) REQUIREMENTS: To become a verified seller, you must voluntarily submit highly sensitive government documentation, including a National Identity Card (NID) or Birth Certificate, a live selfie, and your exact physical address. This data is securely stored on encrypted servers.
5.3 FORFEITURE OF PRIVACY RIGHTS IN FRAUD CASES: We take fraud extremely seriously. LEGAL DISCLOSURE WAIVER: By submitting your KYC data and utilizing this Platform, you explicitly grant us the absolute right to bypass standard privacy protections and share your unredacted personal data (NID, photos, phone numbers, IP logs, and addresses) with local law enforcement agencies, cybercrime divisions, and defrauded buyers in the event that you are reasonably suspected of committing fraud, theft, or malicious account recovery. You have absolutely no expectation of privacy if you violate our Major Policies.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Game ID Bazaar, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party partners from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs — including reasonable attorneys' fees — resulting from any violation of these Terms by you, your violation of any laws or rights of a third party, or any dispute you have with another user of the Platform.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
We reserve the exclusive right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, replace, or update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms. It is your strict responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
8. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT INTEGRITY
8.1 MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 18 years of age to register, buy, or sell on the Platform. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Platform under the direct supervision and with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. We may request age verification at any time.
8.2 ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON: Each individual may operate only ONE account. Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension, abuse referral rewards, manipulate seller ratings, or commit fraud is a Major Infraction and will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all wallet balances.
8.3 ACCURATE INFORMATION: You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration and KYC, and to keep it updated. Impersonation or use of another person's identity, NID, or payment details is strictly prohibited.
9. WALLET COINS & VIRTUAL CREDIT
9.1 NATURE OF COINS: "Coins" are a closed-loop, in-platform credit used solely to transact on Game ID Bazaar. The nominal value is 1 Coin = ৳1 (one Bangladeshi Taka). Coins are NOT legal tender, NOT a bank deposit, NOT an investment, and earn NO interest.
9.2 TOP-UP & WITHDRAWAL: Coins are credited after a manually verified top-up and may be converted back to Taka only through the official Withdrawal flow, subject to admin review and applicable platform fees. We may set minimum/maximum limits and reasonable processing times.
9.3 FREEZING & FORFEITURE: We may freeze, hold, or deduct Coins where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, a Major Infraction, or a pending dispute. Balances obtained through fraud or error may be reversed at any time.
10. PAYMENTS — bKash & NAGAD
10.1 MANUAL VERIFICATION: Top-ups and withdrawals are processed through bKash and Nagad and are manually verified by our administrators. You must send funds only from a mobile-money account registered in your own name and submit the correct sender number and transaction ID.
10.2 NO CHARGEBACKS: All payments are final. You irrevocably waive the right to initiate chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes through bKash, Nagad, any bank, or any external gateway. Attempting a chargeback after receiving Coins or goods is fraud and a Major Infraction.
10.3 INCORRECT TRANSFERS: The Platform is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong number, with a wrong amount, or without a valid transaction reference. Recovery of such funds is not guaranteed.
11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
In addition to the infractions described in Section 3, you must NOT: (a) conduct or solicit deals outside the Platform's escrow to avoid fees; (b) operate multiple or fake accounts; (c) upload forged, stolen, or AI-generated KYC documents; (d) use stolen payment instruments; (e) scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or overload the Platform's infrastructure; (f) post abusive, threatening, hateful, or sexually explicit content in chat, listings, or reviews; (g) manipulate ratings, reviews, or referral rewards; or (h) sell accounts you do not fully and legitimately own.
Violation results in the penalties set out in Section 3, up to and including permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Where permitted, disputes shall first be referred to the Platform's internal resolution process described in Section 4 before any external proceeding.
