Welcome to Game ID Bazaar. Before using the platform, every buyer and seller must read and agree to these rules.

By creating an account, buying, selling, listing a gaming account, placing an order, submitting payment, contacting support, or using any service on Game ID Bazaar, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions, Buyer Protection Policy, refund rules, dispute rules, and account-security responsibilities.

We connect buyers and sellers; we do not create or publish the game accounts.

Buyer protection is limited to the official order window shown by the platform.
Dispute evidence
Refunds require admin review, valid evidence, and a final platform decision.

1. About Game ID Bazaar

Game ID Bazaar is an online marketplace where users can buy and sell gaming accounts. The platform connects independent buyers and independent sellers and provides a structured system for listing, ordering, payment holding, delivery verification, support, and dispute handling.

Our service includes connecting buyers with sellers, providing a marketplace for gaming account listings, helping manage transactions, keeping order records, maintaining seller information, and reviewing complaints when a buyer or seller reports a problem.

Game ID Bazaar is not the original creator, publisher, or permanent owner of any gaming account listed on the platform. The accounts listed for sale belong to the sellers who list them. We provide the marketplace and transaction process; the seller provides the account.

Example: a seller lists a Free Fire account on Game ID Bazaar. A buyer purchases that account. Game ID Bazaar helps complete the transaction, but the account itself was created and controlled by the seller before it was sold.

2. Role and Responsibility of Game ID Bazaar

Game ID Bazaar acts as a marketplace service provider and transaction facilitator. We work to make trading safer by checking seller information, monitoring orders, reviewing disputes, keeping records, and taking action against users who violate platform rules.

However, Game ID Bazaar cannot control third-party game publishers, future game updates, account transfer policies, game company investigations, bans, server problems, or actions taken by buyers or sellers outside our platform.

Users understand that gaming accounts are connected to third-party games and services. Those third parties may change rules, restrict accounts, or take action independently. Game ID Bazaar cannot override those decisions.

Example: a buyer purchases a game account. After one year, the game company changes its rules and bans many transferred accounts. That action is controlled by the game company, not Game ID Bazaar.

3. Digital Product Understanding

Gaming accounts are digital products. They are different from physical products because access depends on login credentials, recovery information, publisher systems, and user security practices.

Before purchasing, buyers must read the listing carefully, understand the account details, check the price, understand the delivery method, and know the protection period that applies to the order.

Game ID Bazaar provides buyer protection according to this policy, but we do not provide unlimited lifetime protection. Once the protection period ends, the buyer becomes responsible for maintaining and securing the account.

Example: a buyer purchases an account advertised with 50 skins, level 70, and specific characters. The buyer should check the listing before purchase and verify the account after delivery. If the account matches the description, the order is considered correctly completed.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Every seller must provide accurate and complete account information. A seller must deliver the exact account shown in the listing, remove or disclose personal recovery information where possible, avoid hiding important issues, and never sell the same account to multiple buyers.

A seller must not attempt to recover, reset, access, lock, or take back an account after selling it. Post-sale recovery is treated as serious seller fraud.

Sellers must cooperate with Game ID Bazaar during order checking, delivery verification, and dispute investigations. Refusing to provide reasonable proof may affect the final decision.

Example: Seller fraud example: a seller sells an account to Buyer A. After two days, the seller changes the password and takes back the account. If the buyer provides proof during the protection period, Game ID Bazaar may refund the buyer, suspend the seller, remove listings, and restrict future selling.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must review the listing before ordering and must secure the account immediately after receiving it. This includes changing the password, changing recovery email or phone where possible, enabling security features, and keeping the login information private.

Buyers must check the account during the protection period and report problems through the official dispute or support process. Waiting until after the protection window may limit available remedies.

Game ID Bazaar may not be responsible for losses caused by buyer negligence, sharing credentials, failing to secure the account, giving access to another person, or violating game rules after receiving the account.

Example: a buyer receives an account but does not change the password for seven days. Someone accesses the account because the buyer did not secure it. Game ID Bazaar may reject responsibility if the problem was caused by the buyer's failure to secure the account.

6. Order Placement Process

When a buyer places an order, the buyer selects an account and completes payment through the platform wallet or approved payment process. The seller receives the order request and must confirm whether they can provide the account.

After seller confirmation, the seller delivers the account information through the official platform process. Game ID Bazaar may review the transaction and account details when necessary before completing the order.

Users must keep order communication inside the platform or official support channels whenever possible. Off-platform deals are riskier and may not qualify for platform protection.

Example: Order flow: buyer selects an account, payment is held, seller confirms, seller delivers, admin checks when needed, buyer verifies, and the order is completed or disputed according to the protection rules.

7. Order Confirmation Time

After receiving an order, the seller has a maximum of 12 hours to confirm the order. The seller must confirm whether they can provide the exact account listed.

If the seller does not confirm within this time, Game ID Bazaar may cancel the order, refund the buyer according to the refund policy, relist or pause the listing, or take action against repeated seller delays.

A seller should not confirm an order unless the account is available and ready for delivery.

Example: a buyer places an order on Monday at 2:00 PM. The seller confirmation deadline is Tuesday at 2:00 AM. If the seller does not confirm within this time, Game ID Bazaar may take action according to the situation.

8. Account Delivery Time

After the seller confirms the order, the seller has up to 2 hours to deliver the account information. After receiving the account details, Game ID Bazaar may perform admin checking or verification.

The complete delivery process may take up to 24 hours because admin availability, electricity problems, internet problems, technical issues, high order volume, and additional account checking can affect processing time.

A delay inside the stated processing time does not automatically mean the platform or seller is acting fraudulently. Buyers should follow the order status and contact support if the deadline is exceeded.

Example: a buyer orders an account at 5:00 PM. The seller confirms at 8:00 PM and delivers at 9:00 PM. Admin checks the account at the next available time. The order may still complete within the allowed 24-hour process.

9. Admin Verification Process

After the seller delivers the gaming account, Game ID Bazaar may review the account before completing the order. Admin verification helps reduce fraud and protects both buyers and honest sellers.

The admin may check whether account details match the listing, login information works correctly, the account is delivered according to the order, and required information has been provided.

Admin verification can take additional time because an admin may not be available immediately, internet or electricity issues may occur, technical issues may appear, or many orders may require checking at the same time.

Example: a seller lists a Free Fire level 70 account with 100+ skins and specific characters. After delivery, Game ID Bazaar may check whether the delivered account matches those listed details before the order is completed.

10. Buyer Protection Window

Game ID Bazaar provides a limited buyer protection period after successful delivery. This protection window exists to protect buyers from genuine problems caused by seller actions.

During the protection period, buyers can report wrong account information, non-working login details, seller recovery attempts, seller fraud, or problems caused by seller actions.

The protection window is not an unlimited lifetime warranty. It does not protect against all future game company actions, buyer mistakes, shared passwords, later publisher bans, or account issues outside the official protection period.

For non-verified sellers, the buyer protection period is limited to 3 days. For verified sellers or special seller levels, the protection period may be longer if the platform clearly shows a longer period on the order or listing.

Example: a buyer purchases an account and receives delivery. The buyer has a 7-day protection window shown by the platform. If the seller takes back the account during those seven days, the buyer can request an investigation. After the window ends, the buyer accepts responsibility for the account.

11. Account Ban Policy During Protection Window

If an account is banned during the active protection window because of seller-related problems, the seller may be responsible. Seller-related problems may include selling a stolen account, hiding serious account issues, providing false information, or violating marketplace rules before delivery.

The buyer must report the issue quickly and provide evidence. Game ID Bazaar will investigate whether the ban was connected to seller behavior or whether it was caused by publisher policy, buyer action, or another external reason.

If seller responsibility is confirmed, Game ID Bazaar may refund the buyer according to the case, suspend the seller, remove seller listings, or apply other platform penalties.

Example: a buyer purchases an account. After two days, the account is banned because the seller previously used illegal methods and hid that information. If the buyer reports the issue with proof and Game ID Bazaar confirms seller responsibility, the buyer may receive a refund.

12. Account Ban After Protection Window

After the protection window ends, Game ID Bazaar does not provide refunds for account bans or problems unless there is confirmed seller fraud and the platform decides that action is appropriate.

This includes game publisher bans, new game policies, account transfer restrictions, buyer mistakes, security problems caused by the buyer, or violations of game rules after the buyer receives the account.

Buyers should understand that third-party games may restrict or ban accounts at any time. Game ID Bazaar cannot guarantee that a game publisher will allow a transferred account forever.

Example: a buyer purchases an account with a 7-day protection period. The account works normally for 30 days. After 30 days, the game company bans the account. Game ID Bazaar is not responsible because the protection period has ended.

13. Seller Account Recovery Policy

A seller must never recover, take back, reset, lock, access, or interfere with an account after selling it. Once an account is sold and delivered, the seller must treat it as belonging to the buyer.

Account recovery after selling is a serious violation. If it happens during the protection window, Game ID Bazaar may refund the buyer, suspend the seller, remove seller listings, permanently ban the seller, and use seller verification records for investigation.

Sellers are responsible for making sure the account can be transferred and secured by the buyer before listing it for sale.

Example: a seller sells a PUBG Mobile account. After three days, the seller contacts the game company's support and takes back the account. The buyer provides proof. If Game ID Bazaar confirms the seller is responsible, the seller may lose selling privileges permanently.

14. Seller Recovery After Protection Window

If a seller takes back an account after the protection window, Game ID Bazaar may still investigate the complaint, but guaranteed financial responsibility may not apply after the protection period has ended.

The buyer may submit a complaint, provide evidence, leave an honest seller review, and request available seller information according to platform rules and privacy limits.

Game ID Bazaar may still restrict, suspend, or permanently ban a seller if evidence shows repeated fraud or post-sale recovery behavior.

Example: the protection period is 7 days. The seller takes back the account after 30 days. The buyer reports the seller. Game ID Bazaar may investigate and take action against the seller, but the buyer is outside the guaranteed protection period.

15. Verified Seller and Non-Verified Seller Protection

Game ID Bazaar may classify sellers by verification status, seller tier, completed sales, dispute history, and other trust signals. Verified sellers may receive higher buyer trust, better visibility, and longer protection benefits if the platform provides them.

Verification does not mean Game ID Bazaar guarantees every future action of a seller. It means the seller has completed certain checks and may be easier to investigate if a serious problem occurs.

Non-verified sellers have limited protection benefits. For purchases from non-verified sellers, the buyer protection period is limited to 3 days. Refunds are not provided after the protection period ends unless Game ID Bazaar confirms seller fraud and decides a remedy is available.

Example: a buyer purchases from a non-verified seller. The account works correctly for 10 days. After 10 days, the account gets banned. The buyer cannot request a guaranteed refund from Game ID Bazaar because the 3-day protection period has ended.

16. Seller Fraud Policy

If a seller scams a buyer and the buyer provides valid proof, Game ID Bazaar will investigate. Valid proof may include chat screenshots, order records, payment records, delivery evidence, login evidence, account access evidence, video proof, or other relevant information.

If seller fraud is confirmed, Game ID Bazaar may refund the buyer according to the case, suspend the seller, permanently remove the seller, remove fraudulent listings, freeze seller funds, or restrict future access to the platform.

False listing details, duplicate selling, fake screenshots, fake proof videos, recovery after sale, and intentional non-delivery may all be treated as seller fraud.

Example: a seller advertises a level 80 account with 200 skins. The buyer purchases it and discovers the delivered account does not match the listing. If Game ID Bazaar confirms the seller intentionally provided false information, action will be taken against the seller.

17. Refund Investigation Process

Game ID Bazaar does not issue refunds automatically only because a complaint is submitted. Every refund request requires review and investigation.

The process normally includes: buyer submits a complaint, Game ID Bazaar collects information, seller provides an explanation, admin reviews the evidence, and a final decision is made.

Evidence reviewed may include order history, payment records, platform messages, delivery proof, account information, seller activity, buyer activity, screenshots, recordings, and any other relevant details.

Example: a buyer says, 'I think this is a scam. Give me a refund.' Game ID Bazaar does not immediately refund. Instead, support reviews the order details and evidence before making a decision.

18. Final Dispute Decision

When a buyer or seller reports an issue, Game ID Bazaar will investigate based on available evidence. Admins may review order details, payment information, seller communication, buyer communication, delivery proof, account information, and any other relevant evidence.

After reviewing the information, Game ID Bazaar will make a final decision regarding the dispute. The decision will be based on available evidence, marketplace rules, buyer protection rules, seller obligations, and fairness between both sides.

Users agree to cooperate honestly during disputes and understand that incomplete or misleading evidence can affect the outcome.

Example: a buyer says the seller scammed them. The seller says the account was delivered correctly. Game ID Bazaar checks delivery time, account details, messages, and proof from both sides before deciding the outcome.

19. False Complaints and Misuse of Protection System

Game ID Bazaar provides protection for honest buyers, but the protection system must not be abused. Users must not submit fake complaints, provide edited evidence, claim non-delivery after receiving an account, or try to get a refund after successfully using the account.

Users must not threaten sellers or Game ID Bazaar to force a refund. Disputes must be handled through evidence and official review, not pressure or harassment.

If a user intentionally abuses the dispute system, Game ID Bazaar may reject the refund request, restrict the user's account, remove marketplace access, or take other action according to platform rules.

Example: a buyer receives an account, changes all security information, uses it for one month, and then falsely claims they never received the account. If evidence proves delivery, the refund request may be rejected.

20. Public Accusations and Reputation Protection

Game ID Bazaar respects every customer's right to share their experience. However, users should first use the official dispute process before making serious accusations of fraud or scam.

Users must not intentionally spread fake information, false screenshots, misleading claims, or fake scam reports. False public accusations can harm honest sellers, buyers, and the marketplace.

Honest reviews and truthful experiences are allowed. Fake or intentionally misleading statements may result in account restrictions or other action.

Example: Correct approach: 'I have a problem with my order and contacted Game ID Bazaar support for investigation.' Incorrect approach: posting 'Game ID Bazaar is a scam' without allowing investigation or providing evidence.

21. Seller Ratings and Reviews

Game ID Bazaar may allow buyers to share their experience through seller ratings and reviews. Reviews should be honest, based on real transactions, and related to the actual order experience.

Users must not create fake reviews, pay someone for fake reviews, use reviews to threaten sellers, or manipulate ratings. Reviews may be removed if they violate platform rules.

A fair review can mention delivery speed, account accuracy, communication, and whether the seller followed the order process.

Example: a buyer receives the correct account, but delivery was slow. The buyer can honestly review: 'Delivery was slow, but the account was correct.'

22. Account Security Responsibility

After receiving an account, the buyer must take responsibility for securing it. Recommended actions include changing the password immediately, changing recovery email or phone if possible, enabling two-factor authentication, and not sharing login details.

Game ID Bazaar is not responsible for losses caused by the buyer sharing account details, failing to secure the account, giving access to another person, downloading unsafe software, or violating game rules.

Buyers should keep screenshots, password-change proof, and security-change confirmation where possible in case a dispute arises during the protection period.

Example: a buyer receives an account and shares the password with a friend. The friend changes the password. Game ID Bazaar may not be responsible because the issue happened due to buyer action.

23. Game Publisher Rules and Account Risks

Gaming accounts are controlled by third-party game companies. Game ID Bazaar does not control game updates, game company decisions, account policies, server problems, publisher bans, or support decisions.

Buyers and sellers understand that account trading may involve risks. Some publishers may discourage or prohibit account transfers. Users are responsible for understanding the risks connected to the games they trade.

Game ID Bazaar cannot promise that a publisher will keep an account active, allow a transfer, or reverse a ban.

Example: a game publisher changes its policy and bans accounts involved in transfers. Game ID Bazaar cannot control this decision and cannot guarantee a refund outside the protection rules.

24. Record Keeping and Investigation

To provide safer transactions, Game ID Bazaar may store necessary information including order history, payment records, seller verification information, buyer information, communication records, delivery records, dispute evidence, device information, and security logs.

These records may be used for resolving disputes, preventing fraud, improving marketplace security, verifying seller identity, detecting repeat violations, and responding to lawful requests.

Game ID Bazaar only uses these records for legitimate platform purposes, security, support, compliance, and fraud prevention.

Example: a seller is accused of selling the same account twice. Game ID Bazaar can review previous orders, seller history, transaction records, and delivery evidence before making a decision.

25. Legal Compliance and User Responsibility

Game ID Bazaar aims to operate transparently and responsibly. All users must follow applicable laws and regulations, platform rules, and honest business practices.

Users are responsible for their own actions on the platform, including listings, purchases, messages, payment submissions, disputes, reviews, and any information they provide.

Game ID Bazaar may cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities when required. In serious fraud cases, relevant transaction records or verification information may be reviewed according to platform rules and applicable law.

Example: if a dispute involves a serious fraud allegation, Game ID Bazaar may preserve and provide relevant transaction records according to legal requirements.

26. Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, buying, selling, listing an account, contacting support, submitting KYC, making payment, or using any service on Game ID Bazaar, every user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and Buyer Protection Policy.

Users confirm that they understand the risks of digital gaming accounts, agree to follow buyer and seller responsibilities, accept the dispute and refund process, and understand that protection is limited to the official protection window.

Game ID Bazaar reserves the right to update these policies, improve security systems, change marketplace rules, suspend accounts that violate policies, and modify protection rules when necessary. Users are responsible for reviewing updated policies.

Example: Continued use of Game ID Bazaar after a policy update means the user accepts the updated policy.
