Refund & Cancellation Policy
How buyer protection and your money work on Game ID Bazaar
Every order is held in escrow. Your money is only released to the seller after you receive the account and the buyer-protection window passes without a dispute. Until then, your coins are protected.
🔐 Buyer Protection Window
After a seller delivers the account details, your order enters a protection window. During this time you check that the account is exactly as described and that the login works.
If everything is correct, tap "Everything OK" to release payment to the seller. If you do nothing, payment auto-releases when the window ends — so confirm or dispute before it closes.
✅ When You Get a Full Refund
Seller no-show: if a seller does not accept and start delivering within 12 hours, the order is automatically cancelled and 100% of your coins are refunded — no action needed.
Wrong or undelivered account: if the credentials are wrong, the account does not match the listing, or it was never delivered, open a dispute before the protection window closes. If our admins confirm the issue, you receive a full refund to your wallet.
Order cancelled before delivery: coins held for an order are returned if the order is cancelled before the seller delivers.
↩️ Cancelling an Order
You can cancel an order within the cancellation window shown on the order (shortly after placing it). A small 2.5% cancellation fee applies to cover payment processing; the rest is refunded to your wallet immediately.
Once the seller has delivered the account, cancellation is no longer possible — use the dispute flow instead if something is wrong.
⚖️ How to Open a Dispute
Open the order from My Orders and tap "Report a Problem" while it is in the protection window. Describe the issue and attach evidence (screenshots, screen recordings).
Both buyer and seller submit evidence; our admins review and decide where the funds go. You can track the dispute status on the order itself, and you will be notified when there is an update.
⛔ What Is NOT Refundable
Publisher bans: if the game developer bans or restricts the account for any reason, this is outside our control and is not refundable.
Recovery after the window closes: if you confirm an order (or the protection window passes) and the original owner later recovers the account, we will permanently ban and pursue the seller, but the payment has already been released and cannot be guaranteed back.
Chargebacks: all payments are final. Initiating a bKash/Nagad/bank chargeback after receiving coins or an account is treated as fraud. See the Terms of Service for the binding detail.
