Seller Policy

The rules for listing, delivering, and getting paid on Game ID Bazaar

Selling here is simple: list honestly, deliver on time, and your money lands in your wallet automatically when the buyer confirms. This page is the plain-language version of the seller rules. The legally binding detail is in the Terms of Service; the buyer-side of refunds is in the Refund Policy.

🪪 1. Who Can Sell

You must be at least 18 (or supervised by a consenting guardian) and operate one account only. Multiple accounts to farm referrals, dodge suspensions, or inflate ratings result in a permanent ban of every linked account.

You may only sell accounts you fully and legitimately own. Listing borrowed, shared, rented, or stolen accounts is fraud.

✅ 2. KYC Verification

You can create listings before full verification, but KYC-verified sellers earn more — buyers trust the badge and verified sellers get better placement.

KYC stages: None → Documents Pending → Documents Approved → Courier Sent → Fully Verified (or Rejected). Submit a genuine NID/Birth Certificate, a live selfie, and your real address from your Account page. Forged, stolen, or AI-generated documents are a Major Infraction (permanent ban + report to law enforcement).

📝 3. Listing Rules — Be Honest

Every listing must accurately describe the account. State the real level/rating, the linked login method, and exactly what items are included. Claiming items, skins, or ranks the account does not have is a Moderate Infraction.

A clear proof video is mandatory. It must show the account ID, the items you list, and the linked login method. Listings without a clear video are rejected during admin review.

Set prices in BDT. Disclose anything that affects value — loaned items, non-changeable email, ban history, region locks. Honest listings get better reviews and repeat buyers. See the listing guides on the Blog.

⏱️ 4. Delivering an Order On Time

When an order is placed you must accept and start delivering within 12 hours. If you do not, the order auto-cancels and the buyer is fully refunded — and repeated no-shows hurt your standing.

Deliver complete, working credentials and everything required for the buyer to fully secure the account (change password, unlink old socials, link their own email, enable 2FA). Help the buyer through the handover during the protection window.

💰 5. Fees, Payouts & Wallet

A 5% platform commission applies to each completed sale. The rest lands in your Wallet automatically once the buyer confirms or the protection window passes.

Coins are platform credit at 1 Coin = ৳1. Withdraw to bKash or Nagad through the official Withdrawal flow, subject to admin review and limits. Balances gained through fraud or error can be frozen or reversed.

⭐ 6. Seller Tiers

NEW — 0 to 9 completed sales. PRO — 10+ completed sales, with a PRO badge and a shorter escrow hold. SUSPENDED — listing and payout privileges paused for a policy violation.

Build PRO status by delivering on time, describing accounts accurately, and earning good reviews.

⚖️ 7. Escrow & Disputes

Buyer payments are held in escrow — typically 24 hours for PRO sellers, up to 36 hours for NEW sellers — while the buyer verifies and secures the account. Funds release to you when the buyer confirms or the window closes with no dispute.

If a buyer opens a dispute, submit your evidence (the proof video, chat logs, screenshots) promptly. Admin decisions on where the funds go are final.

⛔ 8. What Gets You Suspended or Banned

Minor (warnings / 24–72h listing pause): spamming, slow delivery, ignoring buyer questions.

Moderate (order cancellation, forced refund, 14-day suspension, profile strike): inaccurate listings, pushing deals off-platform to dodge fees, sharing external links, listing accounts you don't fully control.

Major (permanent ban, forfeiture of wallet funds, evidence pack to law enforcement): scamming a buyer, recovering an account after the sale, fake/stolen KYC, stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, or attacking the platform.

🚫 9. Post-Sale Recovery = Permanent Ban

Once an account is sold, it belongs to the buyer. Using publisher support to recover, reset, or reclaim a sold account is theft. We permanently ban the seller, confiscate held funds, and hand the full KYC + log package to law enforcement for prosecution.
