How to Deliver a Game Account After a Sale on Game ID Bazaar

You made a sale — congratulations! Now you need to deliver the account safely so your escrow payment is released. This guide walks sellers through the full delivery flow on Game ID Bazaar, step by step. Manage everything from your Seller Dashboard.

The delivery flow at a glance

1. Buyer pays → you get a new order (held in escrow).
2. You accept the order.
3. You submit the account credentials.
4. Admin verifies the account.
5. Buyer checks and confirms.
6. Your payment is released to your wallet.

Step 1 — Accept the order

When a buyer pays, the order appears under Pending in your Seller Dashboard and the payment is held safely in escrow. Open the order and tap Accept Order to start delivery.

• Respond fast — sellers are expected to act within 12 hours.
• If you cannot fulfil the order, you may cancel — but repeated cancellations can lead to penalties.
• After accepting, you have a 30-minute window to cancel if needed; after that the order is committed and the buyer would be fully refunded only by cancelling within that window.

Step 2 — Submit the account credentials

Once accepted, open the order and fill in the credentials form. Provide:

• Login ID / Email
• Password
• Recovery email (required)
• Recovery password (optional)

Your credentials are encrypted before they are stored, and they go to the admin for verification — not straight to the buyer. Make sure every detail is correct. Tap Submit Credentials to Admin.

Step 3 — Admin verification

The order status changes to Under Admin Verification. The admin checks that the account works and matches your listing. Your payment stays in escrow during this time.

If the admin needs corrected details, the order is sent back as a resend request with a reason. Just fix the credentials and submit again.

Step 4 — Buyer confirmation & the protection window

After verification the account is delivered to the buyer, who enters the buyer-protection window. The buyer secures the account (changes passwords, unlinks socials, enables 2FA) and clicks Everything OK to confirm.

• Protection window: about 24 hours for Pro Sellers, up to 36 hours for New Sellers.
• If the buyer does not confirm or open a dispute within the window, funds are automatically released to you. This auto-release is final.

Step 5 — Get paid

Once the order completes, your earnings (the price minus the 5% commission) land in your Wallet. From there, withdraw to your bKash or Nagad number.

Golden rules for safe delivery

• Never recover the account after sale. This is a major violation — permanent ban plus legal action using your KYC documents, and no guaranteed refund to anyone harmed.
• Stay on the platform. Do not deal or share credentials outside Game ID Bazaar — off-platform deals break escrow protection.
• Be accurate and prompt. Correct credentials, submitted quickly, mean faster verification and payout.
• Keep the recovery clean. Make sure 2FA is off, your phone is unlinked, and the recovery email is set to the platform transfer email before delivery.
