How to top up (add funds)
Open your Wallet and stay on the Add Funds tab.
- Enter the amount in Taka (minimum ৳250). You can tap a quick amount like ৳250, ৳500, ৳1,000, ৳2,000, or ৳5,000.
- Choose bKash or Nagad, then tap Continue → Payment Details.
- Send the money. Copy the account number shown on screen and Send Money for the exact amount from your bKash/Nagad app.
- Enter your details: your own bKash/Nagad account number and the Transaction ID (TxID) from the payment SMS.
- Tick the agreement box, then tap Place Order.
Your request goes to Pending review. The admin verifies your payment and credits your balance — usually within 1–3 hours.
How to withdraw (cash out)
Open your Wallet and tap the Withdraw tab. You need enough balance to withdraw.
- Enter the amount in Taka (minimum ৳250, up to your available balance).
