Order Problems, Disputes & Refunds on Game ID Bazaar (Buyer Guide)

Most orders go smoothly, but if something goes wrong you are protected. This guide explains the buyer-protection window, how to raise a dispute, cancellations, and refunds.

The buyer-protection window

After the seller delivers, you get a window (about 24 hours for Pro Sellers, up to 36 for New Sellers) to sign in, secure the account, and test it. Payment stays in escrow the whole time.

If the account has a problem

1. Do not confirm the order.
2. Report the issue inside the order within the protection window — describe what is wrong (wrong details, cannot change recovery email, missing items, etc.).
3. The case is reviewed before any money is released to the seller.
4. Keep evidence — screenshots of the problem help.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within a short window after purchase (a small cancellation fee may apply, as shown at the time). After the window, an order may be locked to protect the deal. Always check the exact terms shown in your order.

How refunds work

• If a dispute is decided in the buyer's favour, the held escrow amount is refunded to your Wallet.
• From your Wallet you can use the balance again or withdraw via bKash/Nagad (payment guide).
• Because money is held in escrow (not sent straight to the seller), refunds are clean and fast.

What is NOT covered

Off-platform payments. If you paid a seller directly outside the order system, escrow cannot help. Always keep the deal on the platform — see how to avoid scams.
